Third Party Services
Our platform integrates with several financial data providers to connect your bank accounts securely. These services - primarily Yodlee for local Malaysian banks and Plaid for international accounts - have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your banking credentials.
We also use analytics services to understand how users interact with different budget automation features. This data is aggregated and anonymized before being shared with analytics providers. Individual user behavior is never transmitted to third parties.
Customer support interactions may be processed through Zendesk to track resolution times and common issues. Support conversations are encrypted and automatically deleted after two years unless you specifically request longer retention for ongoing technical issues.
Data Retention
We retain your financial transaction data for as long as your account remains active plus an additional three years to comply with Malaysian financial record-keeping requirements. Budget categories, spending patterns, and automation rules are kept for the same period.
Account login information and profile data are deleted within 90 days of account closure, though you can request immediate deletion if needed. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained longer for product development purposes, but these cannot be traced back to individual accounts.
Changes to This Policy
We review this privacy policy every six months and update it when we add new features or change how we handle data. Significant changes will be emailed to all users at least 30 days before they take effect.
